📜 What This Agreement Is For

This is our friendly, no-fine-print agreement between you and the Plailtei team for use of the Plailtei app. By opening and using Plailtei, you’re agreeing to these simple terms we’ve put together to keep the app fun, safe, and useful for every vintage treasure hunter out there.

✨ What You Can Do With Plailtei

We built Plailtei to be your personal collection sidekick, and all core features are completely free to use with zero restrictions:

• Snap unlimited photos of your thrifted gems, import existing photos from your device gallery
• Record full origin stories, purchase dates, era tags, country of origin, price paid, and any other fun details you want to save about each item
• Generate your own personalized retro gallery of your entire collection, with custom layout options
• Filter your collection by decade, country, item type, or any custom tags you create to relive your treasure hunting adventures
• Export high-resolution gallery pages, collection spreadsheets, or individual item records to save or share with other vintage lovers

🤝 Your Side Of The Deal

We just ask for a few small things to make Plailtei work well for everyone:

• Only save content that you own or have permission to use. Don’t upload photos of items that aren’t yours, or share stories that include personal information of other people without their consent.
• Don’t use Plailtei to store harmful, offensive, or illegal content. We’re all here to celebrate vintage finds, keep the vibe positive.
• Don’t try to break, hack, or reverse-engineer the app. If you find a bug or glitch, just shoot us a message and we’ll fix it as fast as we can!

💛 Our Promise To You

We’re vintage lovers too, so we built Plailtei the way we’d want our own treasure archive to work:

• All of your collection data is stored locally on your device by default. We don’t collect, store, or access any of your photos, item records, or personal information unless you explicitly choose to send it to us for support purposes.
• We will never sell your data, share your collection details with third parties, or serve you targeted ads based on your thrifting habits.
• We’ll keep updating Plailtei with fun new features: think custom era filters, vintage price trend trackers, community meetup listings, and more, all for free.
• If you ever decide to stop using Plailtei, you can export all of your data in one click at any time, no hoops to jump through.

🖼️ Content Ownership

100% of the content you save in Plailtei belongs to you. All photos you take, stories you write, tags you create, and gallery designs you make are your property to use however you want. We don’t claim any ownership rights over any of your collection content, ever. If you choose to share your finds to our public community feed (optional feature), you’re just giving us permission to display it on that feed for other users to enjoy.

🔄 App Updates & Changes

We’ll roll out app updates regularly to fix bugs, add new features, and improve performance. Most updates will happen automatically in the background, but if we ever make a big change that affects how you use your collection, we’ll post a notice in the app at least 7 days before the change goes live. We’ll never remove core features that you rely on without offering a suitable replacement.

🎁 Extra Perks

From time to time we may run fun optional events for the Plailtei community: virtual vintage flea markets, collection showcase contests with thrifted prizes, in-person treasure hunt meetups in different cities, and more. Participation is 100% optional, no purchase required to join any of our events.
